DIGITORQON TDT Series Functions and Features

Torque tightening management for various kind of work, from assemble work at factory to automobile maintenance.
With wide range of controllable torque (6 N·m~850 N·m) available with 9 models.

● Tightening Condition Monitoring Function
LCD display with LED light and a buzzer when target torque is reached.
● Pass & Fail Function
9 user preset torque values registrable. The tolerance of pass / fail can be set in the range of 1 to 9%. When the pass / fail function is ON, the result of pass /
fail will be notified by LED lamp and display.
● Data Save &Transfer Function ● Works both forward and reverse directions.
Up to 250 measured torque values can be saved.
● Dual Measurement Modes
“Track Mode” and “Peak Mode” available.
● Calibration Certificate Included
Calibration Certificate with traceability based on the National Standard.

LED Light (Red & Green) • Buzzer Data Transfer Function
LED Light (Red & Green), Beep Sound and LED display notify the tightening status. Transfer Data in CSV format to PC.
When reaching 80% of the target torque, Green LED light is ON. Track Mode Displayed torque value in accordance with appying torque.
Buzzer is also ON and OFF, LED Light: Red LED is ON at 100% of the target torque. Peak Mode Display the max. torque applied.
